Packaging
Products that are being delivered to export customers are packed in boxes and placed on pallets. The products can be placed directly on pallets, too, but only if product’s characteristics allow it. This type of packaging saves materials, time and creates less waste.
Boxes
Books are packed in boxes of different sizes suitable for production, with a maximum weight of up to 8 kg. The packaging label on each box contains the following information:
- customer;
- publication title;
- ISBN number;
- number of production units in a package.
Pallets
Packed or unpacked production is being placed on certified Euro pallets (also known as EUR or EPAL pallets). Size of the pallet is 120 x 80 cm or 120 x 100 cm (Finnish pallets). The maximum height of a pallet is 140 cm, maximum gross weight: 740 kg. Each pallet is being labelled with a special pallet label that includes following information:
- pallet number;
- customer;
- recipient;
- recipient’s address;
- publication title;
- ISBN number;
- total amount on the pallet;
- packaging units on the pallet;
- quantity in each packaging unit;
- net and gross weight;
- shipment date.
Non-standard solutions
At customer’s request and within the limits of possibilities, we also provide other types of packaging, pallets in non-standard sizes corresponding to the specifics of the customer’s warehouses, as well as specially labelled packaging units.
Delivery transport for finished products
Cargo truck with tailgate lift:
- maximum load capacity: 12-15 EPAL;

Delivery periods of samples in Europe max 2 working days regardless the region, to more distant regions, e.g. USA – 3-5 working days.

We are shipping bulk cargo every day – in this case, the costs to the customer are calculated not by the number of pallet spaces, but by their weight, which is beneficial for those customers, who have small, light cargo.
