Delivery

• Products are packed in boxes:
  • Cardboard box with a weight of up to 8 kg;
  • Each box bears a package sign with the following information:
    • Customer;
    • Name of the issue;
    • ISBN;
    • Number per box.

• Products are packed onto Euro-pallets (120 x 80 cm):
  • Maximum height of the pallet: 140 cm;
  • Maximum gross weight of the pallet: 740 kg;
  • Each pallet bears a pallet sign with the following information:
    • Pallet number;
    • Client;
    • Consignee;
    • Consignee’s address;
    • Our order number;
    • Name of the issue;
    • ISBN;
    • Total quantity on the pallet;
    • Number of packages on the pallet;
    • Number per package;
    • Net and gross weight;
    • Date of dispatch.

• Products are packed in packages;
• Each package bears a package sign with the following information:
  • Customer;
  • Name of the issue;
  • ISBN;
  • Number per package.
• Products are packed on pallets with dimensions of 93 x 66 cm;
• Maximum height of the pallet: 130 cm.

DELIVERY POSSIBILITIES IN LATVIA:

• We perform deliveries using vehicles from the JELGAVAS TIPOGRĀFIJA printing house.
• Deliveries within Riga and Jelgava can be performed every business day.
• Vehicles are not equipped with a lift.
• The maximum dimensions of cargo: five pallets (93 x 66 cm) with a total gross weight of 1,500 kg.

• Delivery address no later than five days prior to the planned date of cargo dispatch;
• Delivery address: working hours, regulations and delivery possibilities (vehicles with or without a lift);
• Additional packing possibilities, if the client requires them:
  • To pack products directly onto pallets (without additional packaging, package, box, etc.);
  • To order special-sized pallets;
  • To label boxes, packages and pallets with information necessary for the customer.
